Who can join NCYE?

Anyone aged 10–30 who’s interested in supporting education and health initiatives for kids in need. No prior experience is required — just a willingness to pitch in. See our Membership page for details.

What does NCYE actually do?

We run education, health, and relief projects for children in Sri Lanka and central North Carolina — everything from clean water systems and virtual tutoring to local food and clothing drives. Visit our Projects page to see the full list.

I’m not ready to join — how else can I help?

You can make a donation any time, or simply follow our work and share it with others. Every bit of support helps fund our projects.

Is NCYE only for the Tamil community?

NCYE was founded by Tamil youth in North Carolina, and our roots shape a lot of our work — but membership and support are open to anyone who shares our mission of helping kids in need.
